| Аннотация | The article deals with the social state based professionalization in the mining industry of the Ural in the 18th— early 20th centuries focusing on the role of the family and work environment in acquiring of the occupational skills by the people. The author shows the process of the occupational knowledge transfer from generation to generation and the increase of the share of hereditary workers in the population. On-the-job and classroom patterns of occupational training are compared. |
